I hear you on the burnout from work sprints. I go in waves of putting myself in situations where I take on WAY too much and have to push important things to the side—including my own writing, which isn't cool. I'm in the middle of such a situation right now and kicking myself for it...😅 Any tips for avoiding it in future?
